Quality Control of Warp-knitted Stretch Fabric

经编弹力织物具有优良的服用性能,但由于所用氨纶丝摩擦系数大,易产生意外牵伸、张力不匀等现象,因此有一定的加工难度。文章结合实践对经编弹力织物生产中常见的一些质量问题进行分析研究,并提出在整经及经编过程中的质量控制方法。

Warp-knitted stretch fabric has good wearing property. Butproducing such fabric is not an easy thing, because accidentaldrafting and uneven tension often happen due to high frictioncoefficient of the elastic yarn. Based on practice, the articleanalyzes some typical quality-related problems in the produc-tion of warp-knitted stretch fabric and introduces some qualitycontrol methods in the warping and warp-knitting processes.
