利用二氧化碳能解决染整行业一直为之头疼的废水污染问题,保护了生态环境。文章介绍了国内外将二氧化碳应用于纺织领域的研究进展,包括超临界二氧化碳前处理、染色设备的开发、以超临界二氧化碳为介质染聚酯纤维及天然纤维、以液态二氧化碳为介质进行纺织品干洗以及对医用纺织品用液态二氧化碳进行消毒等,并讨论了其利弊。
CO2 can be used for solving the headachy sewage pollutionproblem of the dyeing and finishing industry and protecting theenvironment. The article introduces the latest developments inthe application of CO2 in the textile industry at home andabroad, including the development of supercritical CO2-basedpre-treatment and dyeing equipment, dyeing polyester andnatural fibers by using supercritical CO2 as media as well asusing liquid CO2 as media for the dry-cleaning of textiles andsterilizing of medical textiles. Both pros and cons are discussed.
