单株毛囊移植治疗白癜风的临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Single Trunk Hair Follicle Tran splant in Treatment of Vitiligo

目的 探讨单株毛囊移植治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 将单株毛囊移植于白癜风区域内 ,观察色素恢复情况。结果 治疗 12例患者 ,痊愈 8例 (66.7% ) ,显效 2例 (16.7% ) ,进步 1例 (8.3 % ) ,无效 1例 (8.3 % ) ,有效率83 .3 %。结论 单株毛囊移植治疗不规则、非平整。

Objective To investigate the effective of the single trunk hair follicle transplant to treat vitiligo.Methods 12 cases patients with vitiligo were t reated with the single trunk hair follicle transplant,and to observe the effect. Results 8 (66.7%)cured;2(16.7%) significant effec tive;1(8.3%) effective;1(8.3%)ineffective.Effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion To the small piece vitiligo that was irregular ,not-smooth,wrinkle,and easy-scraped,the treatment proved to be effective,and it is possible to be used in the future study.
