微波在免疫荧光法快速检测淋病奈瑟菌中的应用

Microwave in the Rapid Immunoflourescence Stain Detection of Neisseri a Gonorrhoeae

目的 探讨一种快速准确的检测淋病奈瑟菌的技术。方法 在免疫荧光技术基础上 ,利用微波促进染色。结果 微波促进染色可提高淋病奈瑟菌的阳性检出率 ,与革兰染色比较差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,与免疫荧光染色比较可大大缩短染色时间 ,提高 10倍染色效率。结论 该方法快速准确 。

Objective To explore a rapid and accurate tech nique to detect Nerisseria gonorrhoeae.Methods On the base of immunoflourescens stain,use the mi crowave to help the Nerisseria gonorrhoeae been dyed.Results The microwave can increase the positive rate,ther e was a significant diffrence between the microwave group and Gram's stain group (P<0.01),It could decrease the dye time 10 times than single immunoflouresc ence stain.Conclusion The technique is rapid accurate and convenient ,deserve to spread out.
