利用影像比色计对肤色进行定量分析

Quantitative Analysis of Skin Color Using a Image Colorimeter

目的 探索用影像比色计对肤色进行定量测定的临床意义。方法 用摄像机和图像分析装置组合成非接触性肤色测量装置———影像比色计 ,对肤色进行定量测定和分析。结果 影像比色计较反射式分光光度仪对肤色测量的精确度明显提高 ,并能对所获取的图像进行长期保存和比较分析。色彩指数a 或b 增大表示大红色或大黄色增强。日本人正常肤色的色度角在 50°～ 70°范围之内。结论 该方法科学、易行 ,适用于有关肤色疾病的诊断和治疗效果的评价。影像CIE

Objective To explore the clinical significance of quantification measurement on skin color.Methods Skin color was measured and quantified by using i mage colorimeter,a noncontact measurement equipment of skin color,which is com prised by a video camera and a set of image disposal instruments.Results The measurement of skin color with the instrume nt is ease to operate,fast and has a high precision compared with the spectropho tometer.Enhancement of skin bright red or yellow was followed by increase of col or index a * or b *.Chroma value of normal skin color in Japanese was 50 to 70 degree.Conclusion The image colorimeter can be conductive to the standardization of clinical diagnoses, monitoring and evaluation of the effecti veness of treatment in several medical fields,using quantitative color parameter s.The parameters may be better applied to skin color evaluation of yellow race.
