摘要
目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗子宫平滑肌瘤的组织病理学改变。方法 2 0例因子宫平滑肌瘤需要做子宫全切除术的患者 ,经患者知情同意后 ,使用HIFU对平滑肌瘤进行定时定量直线扫打 ;切除子宫后立即取靶区组织行TTC(三苯基氯化四氮唑 )染色 ,光镜和电镜观察。结果 2 0例标本照射靶区组织变硬、变白 ;TTC染色为白色 ,与周边组织分界清楚 ;光镜和电镜显示平滑肌瘤细胞呈凝固性坏死。结论 HIFU对在体人子宫平滑肌瘤细胞具有肯定的杀灭作用 ,可能成为未来子宫平滑肌瘤无创性治疗的新技术。
Objective To investigate the pathological change in human leiomyomas treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU).Methods HIFU was performed on 20 patients with uterine leiomyomas who needed hysterectomy.The leiomyomas were exposed to straight line quantu immediately after routinely entering the abdominal cavity.The treated tissues had been stained with 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) and had been observed under light and electron microscopes after operation.Results All of the treated tissues showed white and solid.There was a clear boundary between the treated tissues and the untreated tissues through TTC staining.The cells of leiomyomas showed coagulation necrosis both under light and electron microscopes.Conclusions HIFU has a confirmative killing effect on human uterine leiomyomas and may become a promising new approach for its non-invasive therapy.
