摘要
在盆栽条件下,研究了 VA 菌根对湖北海棠实生苗水分状况的影响。结果表明,在灭菌土中接种菌根可显著提高叶片相对含水量和蒸腾速率,降低气孔阻力、叶片水势和萎蔫点,提高植株的耐早性并促进植株的生长。在灭菌施磷土壤中接种菌根只在严重干旱条件下改善植株的水分状况,对提高耐旱性和生长有一定的正效应。在不灭菌土中接种茵振的效应不明显。接种的效应因接种物不同而异。菌丝参与水分输导过程。
Effects of VA fungi(Glmus versifome Daniel et Trappe and Glmus macrocarpum Tul et Tul)on the water status and growth of apple (Malus hupehensis.Rehd.)seedlings grown in pot were studied under conditions of ample moisture supply and water stress respectively.The seedlings were grown in sterilized or unsterilized soils with or
without phosphorus added.In sterilized soil,VA mycorrhizal infection increased the relative water content and the stomatal transpiration rate of leaves,reduced the stomata1 resistance,water potential and the permanent wilting percentage(PWP)ofleaves,improved the drouht tolerance,enhenced the rate of recovery from the water stress and
the growth of the plants(such as plant height,leaf number and so on).In sterilized soil with phosphorus added VA mycorrhizal infection improved the water status of the plants only under severe drought conditoin and had some positive effects on the increase of the drought tolerance and growth of the plants.The effects of VAM inoculation in
unsterilized soil were not obvious.The effects of inoculations varied with inocula.The hypha of VAM took part in the procedure of water transportation.
