摘要
目的:建立益肾灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷的HPLC的测定方法。方法:采用C_(18)柱乙腈—水(27:73)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min:检测波长为270um。结果:平均回收率为97.1％,RSD=1.5％,(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便、精密度高、重现性好,是控制益肾灵胶囊内在质量的有效方法。
To establish a method for determination of Icariin in Yishenling Capsules by HPLC. Methods: using a column packed with C18 and a mixture of acetonitrile-water (27 : 73) as the mobile phase,detection wavelength is 270nm. Re-sult:The mean recoveries of Icariin were 97. 19%,RSD 1. 5%(n =5).Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable and could used for quality control of Yishenling Capsules.
