荧光分光光度法测定奥沙普嗪肠溶胶囊的含量

Quantitative Determination of Oxaprozin in Oxaprozin Enteric-coated Capsules by Spec-trophotofluorimetry

目的:建立奥沙普嗪肠溶胶囊的荧光测定法。方法:以无水乙醇为溶剂,采用荧光分光光度法测定奥沙普嗪肠溶胶囊的含量,测定波长为Ex=287.0nm,Em=368.0nm。结果:平均回收率99.71％,RSD为0.89％,线性范围为0.2～1.0μg·ml^(-1)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于奥沙普嗪肠溶胶囊的含量测定。

To establish fluorescent method for the determination of oxaprozin enteric-coated capsules. Method: Spectrophotofluorimetry was used to determine the content of oxaprozin in oxaprozin enteric-coated capsules at the fixed wavelength,Ex=287. Onm,Em = 368. Onm.in anhydrous ethanol. Results:The mean recovery is 99. 71%,RSD 0. 89%. The liner range is between 0. 2-1μg ·ml-1. Conclusion;The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
