摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT和三维重建技术在观察先天性马蹄内翻足 (Congenitalclubfoot ,CCF)骨骼特点中的临床价值。方法 对 18例CCF进行螺旋CT扫描和三维重建的检查。结果 三维重建能清楚地显示足踝部的解剖和立体关系。通过三维重建技术 ,观察到马蹄内翻足骨骼均有不同程度畸形 ,而主要是跟、距、舟、骰四骨及相应关节面改变。结论 螺旋CT及三维重建技术能多方位立体地显示足踝部关节及诸骨的形态 ,对先天性马蹄内翻足内翻。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT and three dimensional(3 D) reconstruction technology in observing the skeletal properties of congenital clubfoot. Methods Spinal CT scan and 3 D reconstruction were performed in 18 cases of CCF. Results The 3 D reconstruction clearly displayed the anatomical structures and the spatial relationships of the ankle and foot. The 3 D reconstruction showed the deformation induced changes of the bones in CCF, especially of the calcaneum bone, talus, scaphoid bone and cuboid bone, and changes of the related joint surfaces. Conclusion Spiral CT scan and 3 D reconstruction, which can show the shapes of the joints and bones in the ankle and foot spatially, may play an important role in the clinical evaluation of the properties of bone pathology and bone development of congenital clubfoot.
