参芪杞胶合剂治疗放化疗后白细胞减少的临床和实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on SQQF Mixture on treatment of leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的探讨参芪杞胶合剂对放化疗引起白细胞减少的疗效。方法将200例放化疗引起白细胞减少的恶性肿瘤病人,用抽信封法随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组给参芪杞胶合剂(每100ml 相当于生药材68.5g)50ml,每日3次;对照组给利血生20 mg,每日3次,鲨肝醇100mg,每日3次。全部病例治疗满4周评价疗效,观察患者血中 WBC 和 KS 评分情况。动物试验,采用接种毒株1周后的小鼠,腹腔注射环磷酰胺;治疗组每只每天胃饲参芪杞胶合剂0.5 ml,对照组每只每天胃饲生理盐水0.5 ml,观察动物反应和小鼠周围血中性粒细胞的变化。结果治疗组显效57例,有效32例,总有效率89%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且患者全身症状改善和生活状况卡氏评分较对照组明显提高(P<0.01)。动物实验,治疗组动物模型小鼠周围血中性粒细胞明显提高,动物活动增加,耳廓红润,无1例死亡。结论参芪杞胶合剂治疗放化疗引起的白细胞减少症具有较好效果,且药源丰富,价格低廉,工艺简单,无毒副作用。

Objective To stdy the clinical effect of SQQJ mixture on the treatment of leulopenia after ra- diotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 200 cases of malignant tumor and ]eukopenia by radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group with 100 cases.The cases in the experimeatal group were given 50 mL of SQQJ mixture,thrice per day.The others were given 20 mg of set- pate and 100 mg of Batilol,thrice per day.After four weeks the therapy effect was evaluated and blood leuco- cyte count,KS grade situation of patients was observed.Animal experiment:mise inoculated strain were In- traperitoneal injected with cyelophosphamide after one week.Erery mouse in therapy group was given 0.5ml of SQQJ mixture everyday.The mouse in control group feed 0.5ml of saline everyday.The response of animal and the difference of neutrophil in blood of the mice was observed.Results In experimental group,the count of ap- parent effect was 57 cases,show effect eases was32,the total rate of effect was 89%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)At the same time there was evident improvement in symptom of total body and KS mark(P<0.01).Neutrophil in Peripheral blood of the mice in therapy group increased obviously, the activity of animals increased,the auricle turned rosy and no one died.Conclusion It was evident effect that SQQJ mixture treated leakopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.There was abundant in the medicine souree,and it is cheaper,the technic simple ,and no evident side effect.
