14℃机冷通风库的设计及其对红星苹果的冷藏试验 被引量:1

摘要 根据青岛地区条件设计14℃机冷通风库,利用人工制冷和自然低温相结合的方法贮藏苹果比现行冷库(商业0℃库)节省4/5投资,节约用电4/5以上。同时采用聚乙烯薄膜小包装,可增强贮藏效果。经过6个月的贮藏试验,红星果果实硬度下降小于15%,损耗率小于1%。 A mechanical and air-cooled storage for “red star” apple was de-signed in Qingdao,It is estimated that the investment of this systemwill be only as much as1/5 of that of the commercial cold storageand the cost of electrical energy will be less than 1/5 of that,Inaddition,the application of Uinyl bags will intesify the storage eff-ect,After 6-month storage,the decrease of friut hardiness was lessthan 15% and the total consumntion was less.than 1%
