心血管超声医学的研究进展

Advance of Ultrasound in Cardiovascular Medicine

心血管超声医学是应用超声波对心血管疾病进行诊断和治疗的一门新兴学科。心血管超声诊断学的近年进展包括动态和实时三维超声心动图、经食管超声心动图、血管内超声显像、血管弹性图、心肌造影超声心动图、组织多普勒显像、应变显像、负荷超声心动图和便携式心脏超声。心血管超声治疗学的近年进展包括术中超声心动图、超声引导的心导管介入性治疗、超声导管消融术和微泡携带基因和药物的局部治疗。本文同时介绍了超声心动图学今后的研究方向。

Ultrasound in cardiovascular medicine is a new discipline of science which applies ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Recent progress in diagnostic ultrasound in cardiology includes dynamic and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, intravascular ultrasound, vascular elastography, myocardial contrast echocardiography, Doppler tissue imaging, strain imaging, stress echocardiography and hand-carried ultrasound. Recent progress in therapeutic ultrasound in cardiology includes intraoperative echocardiography, ultrasound-guided catheter intervention, ultrasound thrombolysis and ablation as well as gene and drug therapy carried by microbubbles. Future research directions in echocardiography are also discussed in this review.
