摘要 以人体组织的阻抗特性为基础,阐明了简化模型,血液电阻率,细胞膜容抗以及呼吸干扰等对血流图测量准确性和重复性的影响;比较了采用全身测量、分段测量和多频率方法行人体成分分析(BIA)测量时的优缺点;提出采用阻抗测量建立有效的胃动力学评价方法;展现了代表生物阻抗测量技术发展方向的电阻抗断层成像技术(EIT)的诱人应用前景。 Based on the tissue impedance property of human body, the influences of simplified model, blood resistivity, cell reactance and breath disturb on veracity and repeatability of impedance rheogram measurement have been showed. Advantages and disadvantages of bioelectrical impedance analysis using whole body, subsection body, multi-frequency measurements have been compared. An effective evaluating method of gastric motility adopting impedance measurement has been proposed. The captivating application respects of Electrical Impedance Tomography, it represents the development orientation of impedance bioelectrical measurement, has been revealed.
