摘要
本系统综合运用了多媒体、网络通讯、工作流管理、数据挖掘等高新技术,是一个基于Netmeeting 和数码相机的疑似病人远程会诊系统。本文介绍了其中的关键技术:工作流管理、基于Netmeeting和数码相机的多媒体交互、基于网络的云台位姿和摄像机聚焦的遥控制、基于数据挖掘的关联规则发现等。本系统已在上海3家医院得到满意的试用效果。
SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) is a infectious disease, which severely endangers human being' lives. This paper presents a self-developed tele-diagnosis system for SARS suspect patients based on Netmeeting and digital camera, which combines many high techniques, such as: multimedia, network communication, work-flow management, data mining. Some key techniques in the system are described, such as: work-flow management, multimedia interface based on Netmeeting and digital camera, network remote control of position of rotational platform and focus of digital camera, discovery of associative rules based on data mining. The system has been satisfactorily used in three hospitals in Shanghai.
