春性啤酒大麦幼穗分化与形态特征的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在胶东半岛生态条件下,对春性啤酒大麦进行了观察研究。春播情况下从播种到成熟100—112天,需0℃以上积温1300℃左右。出苗后8天生长锥开始伸长,15天进入二棱期,具有明显的“前短后长”的生育特点。将幼穗分化进程分为7个时期,确定了各分化期的形态指标,并阐明了幼穗分化进程与叶片、节间及大田生育期的同步关系。 Under the ecological conditions of Jiaodong peninsula,investigationson spring beer barley were carried out.The results were as follows:During the period about 10C—112 days in spring from seeding to maturi-tystage,about 1300℃ of the accumulated temperature above 0℃ was neededApical cone began to grow 8 days after seedling stage,came to arcipsta-lastage 15 days after and had the feature of“early short and late long”.The young panicle differeneiation process could be divided into 7 stages,the morphological criterion of every stage was decided.and the synehro-nous relationship between the differentiation stages and leaves,internodesand development periods of the plants was elucidated
