摘要
目的 探讨多普勒频谱在下肢动脉疾病检查中的价值。方法 对临床疑诊下肢动脉病变者 1 5 0例 ,2 30条患肢均进行脉冲多普勒超声检查。结果 1 5 0例患者中 ,发现峰值流速改变的下肢动脉有 1 1 6条 ,舒张期反向血流改变的下肢动脉有 1 80条 ,其中动脉硬化闭塞症 1 4 5条 ,血栓性脉管炎 5条 ,假性动脉瘤 4条 ,下肢皮下溃烂、发热而动脉正常者 1 0条 ,心功能不全伴下肢水肿 1 0条。结论 多普勒频谱可反映血管壁顺应性及血管充盈情况 ,对同一种病可评价其病变程度 ,并非所有下肢动脉病变都有多普勒频谱改变 。
Objective To evaluate the value of Doppler spectra in detecting arterial diseases in the lower limbs.Methods One hundred and fifty cases with arterial diseases in 230 suffered lower limbs were examined using pulsed Doppler ultrasound.Results In 150 cases,we found the changes of the flow peak velocity value in 116 lower limbs and 180 lower limb arteries had diastolic reverse blood flows including 145 arteriosclerotic obliterated arteries,5 thromboangiitis obliterans, 4 false aneurism arteries,10 normal artery with subcutaneous cankers and 10 arteries with oedema of lower limbs due to heart failure.Conclusions Doppler spectra can reflect the vascular wall elasticity and blood filling which can be used to evaluate the severity of the diseases.Occasionally,normal spectra will be found in diseased lower limb arteries.
