摘要
以8个亲本为材料进行了完全双列杂交,对冬小麦的返青至拔节、拔节至挑旗、挑旗至抽穗、抽穗至扬花、扬花至成熟等5个生育阶段持续期进行了遗传分析。结果表明,5个生育阶段都是遗传性状,h_B~2为85.74%~92.54%,h_(?)~2为62.2%~84.13%,5个性状均为部分显性,平均显性度0.2330~0.6699。除了扬花至成熟阶段系晚熟显性之外,其它4个阶段均为早熟显性。本研究还测算了8个亲本的 GCA 和 SCA 效应。
Genetic analysis of five development,stages from turn green to jointing,jointing to extrusion of whole flag blade,extrusion of whole flag bladeto heading,heading to flowering to maturity with 8×8 complete diallel setof cross among 8 parents.It show that five devel,opment stages were allgenetic characters were all part dominant,the average gene dominance degreewere 0.2330 to 0.6699.Except the stage which appeared from flowering tomaturity appears be dominant of dpninance of late-maturity,others were do-minant of early-matirity.Also the GCA and SCA were 8 parents wereestimated.
