摘要 目的 探讨下颌升支区骨折影象学检查的特点。方法 对 4 5例 6 0处下颌角及髁状突骨折 ,分别作X线片及CT片检查 ,X线片包括全景片 ,头颅侧位片 (左或右 ) ,CT片包括横断位及冠状位扫描 ,对X线片和CT片报告不一致的病例 ,作手术切开探查 ,以明确骨折诊断。结果  (1)共有 2例 2侧下颌角骨折 ,4例 4侧髁状突骨折X线片和CT片报告不一致 ;(2 )全景片及横断位CT片有漏诊现象。结论 X线片是下颌升支骨折检查的主要方法 ,冠状位CT片在髁状突骨折的诊断中 。 Purpose: To investigate the imaging characteristics of the fractures in the mandibular ramus. Methods: Fourty-five cases and 65 fractures of the mandibular ramus were studied by radiographs and computed tomographic scans, surgical operations were taken to detect the fractures which couldn't be seen on either radiographs or CT scans. Results: Two mandibular angular and three mandibular condylar fractures failed to be revealed on the X-ray or CT scans. Conclusions: The radiographs were found to have higher diagnostic sensitivities than the axial computed tomograms in the assessment of fractures of the mandibular angle. Coronal CT scans were suitable for the evaluation of mandibular condylar fractures.
