癌组织中幽门螺杆菌球形体的超微结构研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 揭示癌组织中幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)球形体的超微结构特征。 方法 通过透射电镜观察Hp球形体感染阳性的 4例胃癌、2例食管癌组织中Hp球形体的超微结构。结果 Hp球形体多散在性分布于癌巢、癌间质以及进入癌细胞、巨噬细胞等细胞胞质。Hp球形体与其他细菌的L型一样 ,形态不规则 ,呈多形性 ,且大小不等、胞浆电子密度不等、胞壁缺失等。Hp球形体有A、B两种类型 ,A种体积较小 ,胞浆致密 ,细胞膜上带有鞭毛 ,此种活性较强 ;B种体积较大 ,胞浆疏松 ,细胞膜上不带鞭毛 ,此种可能已退变。结论 Hp球形体仍具有活性 ,因而 ,在Hp的传播、相关疾病的治疗复发和相关肿瘤的发生过程中起重要的作用。 To characterize the ultrastructures of cocoid forms of Helicobacter pylori in the tissues of carcinoma,elecromicroscopic technique was used to examine the structures of coccid form of H.pylori in 4 cases of gastric carcinoma and 2 cases of esophageal carcinoma.It was found that the coccid forms looked like the L-forms of other bacteria with different shapes and size,and the different electron densities with defections of the cell wall were the special character of the coccid forms.Two types of coccid forms could be distinguished in the tissues of carcinoma by means of electromicroscopic technique,in which the A type was smaller with higher electron densities in the cells,and there were flagellae on the cell membrane,suggesting that they might be viable.However,the B type was bigger with lower electron densities in the cells,and there was no flagellae on the cell membrane,suggesting that they might be the degenerative forms.It concludes that the coccid forms still have certain degree of viability,thus they might play an important role in the transmission of helicobacter,relapse of disease after treatment and the developmental course of the related carcinoma.
