IgA肾病患者血浆肾上腺髓质素与肾间质损害关系

Plasma Adrenomedullin Level and Renal Tubulointerstitial Lesion in Patients with IgA Nephropathy

目的 :探讨IgA肾病患者血浆肾上腺髓质素 (ADM )水平与肾小管间质改变的关系。方法 :检测 35例IgA肾病患者及2 2例正常人血浆ADM水平 ,分析患者肾小管间质损害与血浆ADM的关系。结果 :IgA肾病患者血浆ADM水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;间质明显病变组血浆ADM水平显著高于间质轻度病变组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血浆ADM水平与尿蛋白及尿钠的排泄水平呈显著正相关。结论 :ADM参与了IgA肾病患者病理生理过程 ,血浆ADM升高与肾小管间质损害程度有关 。

Objective:To study plasma adrenomedullin(ADM) levels in IgA nephropathy patients with renal tubulointerstitial lesion. Methods: Specific radioimmunoassay was used to measure the plasma concentration of ADM in 35 IgA nephropathy patients and 22 controls,Relation of plasma ADM levels in IgA nephropathy and renal tubulointerstitial lesion were analyzed. Result: The levels of plasma ADM in IgA nephropathy were significantly higher than those of controls( P <0.01),levels of plasma ADM with obvious renal tubulointerstitial lesion were significantly higher than those in little renal tubulointerstitial lesion( P <0.01); The excretion of 24h urine protein and urine sodium were positively correlated with the levels of plasma ADM in IgA nephropathy( P<0.01;P <0.01) . Conclusion:ADM may participate in the pathophysiology of IgA nephropathy,Plasma ADM level in patients is related with the severity of renal tubulointerstitial lesion and excretion of 24h urine protein and urine sodium.
