姑息性手术治疗可提高晚期乳房癌病人的生存率

Palliative Operation Can Improve the Survival Duration Rate of Late Stage Breast Cancer Patients

目的 :探讨姑息性手术在晚期乳癌患者综合治疗中的价值。方法 :回顾分析 1993～ 2 0 0 0年间收治的 2 2 7例晚期乳癌的资料 ,并对接受姑息性手术治疗组和未接受手术仅保守治疗组的生存时间和 3年生存率进行对照研究。结果 :晚期乳癌病人接受姑息性手术治疗者平均生存时间和 3年生存率均要高于未接受手术治疗者。而在手术组 ,切缘阴性者生存率大于切缘阳性组。结论 :姑息性手术可能在晚期乳癌患者综合治疗中有一定价值。

Objective: To explore the value of palliative operation in late stage breast cancer patients. Methods:To retrospect and analysis total 227 late stage breast cancer patients in our hospital during 1993～2000.We compared the survive time and three years survival duration rate of the patients who underwent palliative operation and who only received conservative treatment. Results:Both the average survive time and three years survival duration rate in palliative operative group are higher than the conservative group. In operative group, margin negative patients have a higher survival duration rate than that of margin positive patients.Conclusion:Palliative operation may be have it's value in the treatment of late stage patients.
