中药痛泻合剂治疗肠易激综合征32例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Drug Tongxie Mixture for Treatment of 30 Cases of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:观察及评价痛泻合剂治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法:对治疗组32例IBS患者服用痛泻合剂治疗3周,治疗前后进行自身对照并与接受一般西药(对照组)及一般西药加痛泻合剂(中西医结合组)进行对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75％,对照组总有效率72.22％,中西医结合组总有效率94.44％,治疗组与中西医结合组组间差异无显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:痛泻合剂用于治疗IBS有良好疗效。

Objective: To investigate and evaluate therapeutic effect of Tong Xie Mixture on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods: 32 cases of IBS were treated by Tongxie Mixture for 3 weeks. Self-comparison before and after treatment of Tongxie Mixture and comparison among Tongxie Mixture group (treatment group), western medicine control group (control group) and western medicine plus Tongxie Mixture group (integrated treatment group) in the therapeutic effect were made. Results: Total effective rate was 93. 75% in treatment group. 72. 22% in control group and 94. 45% in integrated treatment group, with no significant difference between the treatment group and integrated treatment group, and with a significant difference between treatment group and control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Tongxie Mixture has a good therapeutic effect on IBS.
