150例脑转移瘤病例分析

Study of 150 Patients with Metastatic Brain Tumor

目的 :探讨脑转移瘤的诊断、治疗方法及预后。方法 :回顾性分析 15 0例脑转移瘤病例。结果 :单纯放化疗组 (2 0例 )平均存活 8个月 ;手术加化疗组 (6例 )平均存活 6个月 ;手术加放化疗组 (4 8例 )平均存活 2 6个月 ;γ 刀加放化疗组 (6例 )平均存活 2 3个月 ;手术、γ 刀加放化疗组 (2 2例 )平均存活 2 2个月 ,放弃治疗 4 8例。结论 :积极手术和 (或 )γ

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the patients with brain metastases.Methods: The data of 150 patients with metastatic brain tumor were retrospectively studied.Results: The mean survival was 8 months in the patients treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, 6 months by operation and chemotherapy, 26 months by operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, 23 months by γ-knife, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and 22 months by operation, γ-knife, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion:Active surgical treatment and(or)γ-knife added radiotherapy and chemotherapy for whole brain are the best treatment way in the patients with brain metastases.
