摘要 近年来 ,干细胞研究已成为当前生命科学研究的热点之一。皮肤是人体最大的器官 ,在抵御微生物入侵、紫外线辐射、防止水分丢失、调节体温、维持人体外貌上起重要作用 ,同时是免疫系统的组成部分之一。但各种原因所致的皮肤损伤 ,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。通过对皮肤发育生物学研究发现 ,表皮干细胞在皮肤形成过程中起重要作用 ,皮肤的多层表皮结构通常是由表皮干细胞再生而来。因此 ,现就表皮干细胞的有关生物学特性、来源。 Resent years, stem cells have been one of the emphasis for study. The skin is the biggest organ in human being. It has an important role in the prevention of organisms invading and UV irradiation, water lost and mediating temperature. It also keeps appearance and consists of the immune system of human. However, there are not effective treatment of the skin damage caused by various conditions. According to the study in biology of skin development, epidermal stem cells are very important in the skin development since the epidermal structure usually regenerated from the epidermal stem cells. Therefore, the origin, identification, biological characteristics and potential uses in the future of epidermal stem cells are reviewed in this article.
