药流后阴道不规则出血的彩色多普勒诊断价值

Value of color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of irregular bleeding after drug abortion

目的 本文探讨彩色多普勒(CDFI)对药物流产后阴道不规则出血的诊断价值。方法 对62例药流后阴道不规则出血患者进行B超和彩色多普勒(CDFI)检查分析,重点观察宫腔内情况、监测子宫内血管的血流动力学。结果 与病理结果对照,B超相符34例(占54.8％),CDFI相符51例(占82.3％),其中宫内妊娠组织残留物CDFI的检出率为85.7％。结论 在药流后阴道不规则出血的病因诊断中,CDFI的敏感性和特异性均高于B超。

Objiective To evaluate the clinical value of color Duppler flow imaging(CDFI)for diagnosing irregular bleeding after drug abortion. Methods Sixty-two cases with irregular bleeding after drug abortion were studied on B-mode Ultrasound and CDFI. Uterus cavity and hemodynamics of utenne vessels were observed. Results B-mode ultrasound diagnosed 34 cases correctly compared with that of phathology (54.8%); CDFI diagnosed 51 cases correctly compared with that of phathology (82.3%). The detectabitily rate of intrauterine remainder for CDFI was 81.8%. Conclusions The sensitivity and specificity of CDFI for diagnosing the reasons of irregular bleeding after drug abortion are superior to those of B-mode ultrasound.
