小儿先天性肛门闭锁的超声诊断与放射学及手术结果对照研究

Comparative research of ultrasonographic diagnosis in congenital anorectal atresia of children compared with radiology and operative results

目的 研究超声诊断小儿先天性肛门闭锁的特征及应用价值。方法 搜集经放射学,超声学及手术证实小儿先天性肛门闭锁的结果对照。结果 对小儿先天性肛门闭锁诊断符合率,定位准确率均优于放射学,超声表现特征为:直肠盲端显“杵指”状。结论 超声诊断小儿先天性肛门闭锁具有重要价值。

Obiective To investigate the applied value and characteristics of sonography in detecting anorectal atresia of children. Methods Anorectal atresia cases were collected, and we analyzed data comparing utrasonographic diagnosis with radiology and operative results. Results Diagnostic agreement and locative accuracy by ultrasonography were better than by radiology in detecting anorectal atresia of children. Ultrasonographic characteristic was that blind terminal of rectum tabes on acropachy morphology. Conclusions uhrasonography has its important value in diagnosis for children with anorectal atresia.
