通过对厨房家具单元柜各种尺度的分析,提出了建立适合规模化生产的厨房家具板件体系的基本思路。运用32mm系统设计原理,结合自己亲身推行厨房家具的标准化和规模化生产的经验,阐述了柜体旁板、门板、抽屉系统和柜体旁板中系统孔与结构孔的设计方法。

After analyzing key measures of the kitchen cabinet units, a standard system of cabinet panels is established, which can be suited to mass production of the kitchen furniture for customization. By use of the 32 mm system design principle and based on the experiments of the production of the kitchen cabinets in standard and mass production, how to design cabinet side panels, door fronts, drawer system (drawer fronts and drawer boxes) and system holes and construction holes of the side panel are discussed in detail.
