多层螺旋CT后处理在骨肿瘤诊断中的临床价值 被引量:24

摘要 目的 评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理在骨肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。资料与方法  34例骨肿瘤患者行MSCT扫描后 ,做多层面重建 (MPR) ,最大强度投影 (MIP) ,三维重建 (3D) ,四维重建 (4D) 4种后处理。结果 每一种重建图像均显示了所有的肿瘤。MPR准确显示了肿瘤的范围及细微结构 ;MIP及 3D能立体显示骨改变 ;4D能立体显示骨改变及肿瘤的范围和细微结构。 4种后处理图像结合横断层面原始图像能从不同方向准确显示肿瘤的范围、骨改变及骨膜反应的形态。结论 MSCT后处理对病变的显示全面准确 ,结合横断面图像 。 Objective To clinically evaluate multi slice spiral CT (MSCT) postprocessing in diagnosing bone tumors.Materials and Methods MSCT scanning was performed in 34 patients with bone tumors. Based on the raw data, four kinds of image reconstruction, including multiple planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), 3 dimensional reconstruction (3D) and 4 dimensional reconstruction (4D), were carried out. The diagnostic value of each of four reconstructed images was assessed and compared with each other.Results The lesions were well shown on all kinds of reconstructed images. MPR accurately displayed the lesion's extent and minute structures, while MIP and 3D stereoscopically showed the bony changes. And 4D stereoscopically demonstrated not only bony changes but also lesion's extent and minute structures. Combined with axial images, the above four reconstructed images could display the tumor's extent, bony changes and the shape of periosteal reaction from different angles.Conclusion All the four kinds of MSCT postprocessing images can fully and accurately demonstrate the bone tumor, combined with the axial images correct evaluation of the bone tumor can be made.
