摘要
目的 了解肱骨外上髁的神经支配与颈神经根的关系。方法 对 10例臂丛神经损伤患者 ,在作健侧C7神经根移位术中 ,用针电极刺激肱骨外上髁 ,在C5~T1神经根记录其动作电位的潜伏期和波幅。结果 除 1例在T1神经根未记录到动作电位外 ,9例均记录到动作电位 ;其中以C7神经根的动作电位波幅最高。结论 肱骨外上髁的神经支配与臂丛神经的C7神经根密切相关。
Objective To study the relationship between innervation of lateral epicondylar humeri and cervical root nerve. Methods Ten patients with brachial plexus injuries who were undergone contralateral cervical 7 nerve root transfer were involved in the study. The latency and amplitude of nerve action potential (NAP) was recorded at C 5 T 1 nerve root when stimulation was given at the lateral epicondylar humeri by needle electrode. Results Except in one patients at T1 nerve root, the nerve action potential was recorded at all of the root of brachial plexus at all patients, with the highest amplitude at the C 7 nerve root. Conclusion The innervation at the lateral epicondylar humeri was closely related to the cervical 7 nerve root of brachial plexus.
