CT在急腹症时鉴别诊断急性胰腺炎的价值

Usefulness of computer tomography in differential diagnosis of acute pancreatitis from other acute abdomen

目的 评价CT检查在急腹症时鉴别诊断急性胰腺炎(AP)的价值。方法 回顾性分析56例被怀疑为AP的急腹症病人,比较其临床表现、血、尿淀粉酶的变化及超声、CT检查鉴别诊断AP的准确性。结果 非AP的急腹症病人血、尿淀粉酶均可异常升高,超声鉴别AP的准确性为66.67％(12/18),而CT达到100％(18/18)。结论 CT在急腹症时对AP的鉴别诊断有重要参考价值。

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of computer tomography (CT) in the differential diagnosis of acute pancreatitis (AP) from other acute abdomen. Methods Fifty - six patients with suspected AP were reviewed, and the accuracy of amylase level, ultrosonography (US) , and CT in differential diagnosis was evaluated . Results Amylase level in serum and urine could be increased in non - pancreatitis patients. The accurate rate of US and CT in differention diagnosis of AP was 66.1% and 100% respectively. Conclusions Computer tomography is a valuable method in differentiating AP from other acute abdomen lesions.
