摘要
目的 了解弓形虫速殖子对人类精子运动参数的体外影响 ,探讨弓形虫感染对男性不育的可能发病机制。方法将纯化的活弓形虫速殖子悬液 ,在体外与生育男性经上游优化处理的精子一起孵育。于孵育 0、2、4、8、16、2 4h后 ,应用计算机辅助的精子分析系统 ,分别检测其精子运动参数。在各时间点均设立对照组。结果 弓形虫速殖子与精子孵育 0、2、4h后 ,孵育精子的运动参数与其对照组无显著性变化 ;孵育 8h后 ,精子运动速度显著低于对照组。孵育 8h、16h后的精子运动方式为原地转圈和锯齿形运动 ,孵育 2 4h后 ,精子的运动速度小于 10 μm/s,有活力精子则全是原地转圈运动。 结论 弓形虫速殖子对精子运动速度和运动方式有明显影响 ,弓形虫感染可能是引起男性不育的原因之一。
Aim Toxoplasma tachyzoites on human sperm motility parameters in vitro was evaluated,in order to explain further mechanism of male infertility Methods Sperms were obtained by masturbation and prepared by swim up technique to produce a spermatozoa solution of high motility from 15 healthy fertile men The spermatozoa solution was incubated with live Toxoplasma tachyzoites at 37℃ in vitro Motive parameters for 2,4,8,16,and 24 hours were measured by CASA respectively Results The Toxoplasma tachyzoites could not directly affect human sperm motility incubated in vitro for 2,4 hours Motile velocity of sperms infected by Toxoplasma for 8 hours was significantly lower than that of control sperms Motile patterns of sperms infected by Toxoplasma for 8 and 16 hours were turning circle and zigzag;motile velocity of sperms infected by Toxoplasma for 24 hours was less than 10μm/s,and motile patterns were almost turning circle Conclusions Toxoplasma infection significantly influences motile velocity and patterns of sperms and has been regarded as one of reasons that brought about male infertility
