青少年慢性鼻窦炎的鼻内窥镜手术与CT对照研究

Correlative study on chronic nasosinusitis of the adolescent and CT appearances

目的 :探讨青少年慢性鼻窦炎CT检查的价值。方法 :对 15 0例青少年患者行冠状位CT扫描 ,并行功能性内窥镜手术 ,对其CT表现和手术观察情况进行对照研究。结果 :15 0例中 ,14 6例冠状位CT显示鼻窦炎 ,5 0例解剖变异者 ,4 7例同时伴发鼻窦炎 ,均经手术证实 ,多数与手术所见相符 ,仅 4例CT结果阴性 ,临床表现典型鼻窦炎症状 ,经手术证实为鼻窦炎。结论 :冠状位CT扫描是青少年慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内窥镜手术前必要的检查方法。CT检查阴性时不能除外鼻窦炎的可能。

Objective:To study the value of CT examination in the patients with chronic nasosinusitis.Methods:150 cases of adolescents were underwent coronal CT scanning and performed functional endoscopy operation CT findings and operation result were analysed.Results:Among the 150 cases,there were 146 cases whose coronal CT scanning appearance were nasosinusitis.Including the 146 cases,there were 47 cases with nasosinusitis in 50 cases with anatomical variation.The results were all testified by functional endoscopy operation and most of these were accordance with the operational findings.Only 4 cases whose CT findings were negative and clinical appearances were typical nasosinusitis were testified nasosinusitis by functional endoscopy operation.Conclusion:Coronal CT scan is a necessary before functional endoscopy operation on the adolescent.It can not be ruled out without corresponding CT findings of nasosinusitis.
