摘要
目的研究海带膳食纤维的功能活化及其通便作用。方法采用离子交换法对膳食纤维活化条件进行筛选 ,结合人体试验 ,检查活化后膳食纤维的通便作用。结果在最佳活化条件下提取的海带膳食纤维的干基含量为 84 .3% ,钙含量为 6 .2 1 % ,膨胀力为 1 38mL·g- 1,持水力为 6 72 0 %。人体试验表明 ,海带膳食纤维具有良好的通便作用。
Objective The functional activation of dietary fiber(DF) from Laminaria japonica and its laxative effect were studied. Methods The activation conditions of DF were optimized by ion exchanging method and the laxative effect of activated DF was tested. Results Contents of dry DF, calcium, expansive capacity and water holding capacity of Laminaria japonica DF extracted under the optimum activation conditions were 84.3%, 6.21%, 138mL·g -1 and 6720%, respectively. Laminaria japonica DF taken orally showed a good laxative effect on constipated patients. Conclusion Qualities and laxative effect of the activated Laminaria japonica DF were better than those of unactivated DF.
