摘要
以直接制片法分析13例人脑胶质瘤实体瘤的染色体。11例获得分裂相,其中9例星形细胞瘤,其染色体数目畸变为20号,16号,7号,1号和8号的丢失及22号,21号和14号的增多,并发现1条具有均匀染色区(HSR)的结构异常的染色体,1例髓母细胞瘤以亚四倍体为主,数目畸变为5号,9号,17号,18号,20号等的丢失及11号,13号,14号的增多;1例复发性脉络膜乳头状瘤以亚二倍体为主,见到1条异常染色体。
Direct preparation was employed in the cytogenetic study of 13 human glioma solid tumors. Mitotic figures were seen in 11 (84.6%) cases, among them are 9 astro- cytomas, 1 medulloblastoma and 1 recurrent choroid plexus papiloma. The results showed that: (1) although the 9 astrocytomas were all of grade Ⅱ. their cytogenetic characteristics were quite different; 4 were neardiploid, 3 were neartriploid and 1 was hypo-tetraploid; a marker chromosome with HSR was detected in 152-A, and double minutes were seen in 126-A; marker chromosomes were seen in 6 cases; the gains of chromosomes were mainly of 22, 21, and 14; the losses of chromosomes were of 20, 16, 7, 1 and 8; (2) 4-6 marker chromosomes were observed in the medulloblastoma which was hypotetraploid; the gains of chromosomes were 1, 13 and 14, and the losses 5, 9, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22; (3) the recurrent choroid plexus papiloma was hyperdiploid with 1 marker chromosome.
