摘要
目的 探讨任意引物聚合酶链反应(AP-PCR)和引物OPD18、OPAA11对常见皮肤癣菌进行分子水平鉴定的意义。方法 用任意引物OPD18(5'-GAGAGCCAA-3')和OPAA11(5'-ACCCGACCTG-3')对常见皮肤癣菌进行AP-PCR,并对扩增产物的DNA带型进行分析:结果 皮肤癣菌所试的7个菌种之间均产生具有明显差异的DNA带型。结论 用AP-PCR和引物OPD18、OPAA11可对常见皮肤癣菌进行分子水平鉴定。
Objective To investigate the use of AP-PCR and random primers OPD18 and OPAA11 in identification of dermatophytes. Methods We amplified the DNAs of 7 species of dermatophytes using AP-PCR and random primers OPD18 (5'-GAGAGCCAAC-3') and OPAA11 (5'-ACCCCACCTGs-3'). and the DNAs hand patterns were analysed by electrophoresis. Results Distinct DNA band patterns were observed in different dermatophytes. Conclusion AP-PCR may be used in the identification of dermatophytes.
