Follow up study of Brnemark implant system in the treatment of front teeth deletion

目的 :评价Branemark种植系统修复前牙缺失的临床效果。方法 :种植体植入83例前牙缺失患者的颌骨内。完成固定或种植义齿83件。临床观察2～7年。结果 :成功率93.75%。失败原因是治疗方案选择不当和患者口腔卫生欠佳。结论 :Branemark种植系统修复前牙缺失具有良好的临床效果。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of Branemark implant system used in treating the deletion of front teeth.Methods:A number of83patients with front teeth deletion were treated by96Branemark imˉplants and followed up for2～7years.Results:A cumulative rate of success was93.75%in past7years.Of all the cases,6were failed in two years after implantation.The main reasons of failure were improper use of treating methods and poor oral hygiene of the patients.Conclusion:A satisfying effect could be got by using Branemark implant system in the prosthetics of front teeth deletion.
