摘要
有机金属电子转移复合物(MTCNQ)具有响应速度快(纳秒级)、可逆的双稳态和两个稳态的光学特性,适于在短波长(蓝绿光)区域写入与擦除。本文阐述了MTCNQ类电子转移复合物的可擦重写机理,讨论了可逆光色变化的影响因素,并综述和展望该类化合物作为短波长可擦重写光盘记录介质的研究和发展趋势。
MTCNQ type CT (charge transfer) complexes have many valuable properties, such as stable and rewritable optical bistable states, superfast response (nanoseconds), and both of these two stable states have optical properties which satisfy the need of optical storage. This paper analyses the mechanism of MTCNQ type CT complex. It introduces factors affecting the reversible photochromic reaction. It also reviews the developments and the present status of MTCNQ as short wavelength rewritable optical storage media.
