目的 研究腹腔渗液CK2 0mRNA的表达对指导结直肠癌腹腔转移化疗意义。方法 采用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)技术 ,对 5 0例结直肠癌进行腹腔渗液CK2 0mRNA测定。结果腹腔渗液CK2 0mRNA阳性表达与腹腔转移之间存在着显著相关性。结论 检测腹腔渗液中的CK2

Objective To study the relation between abdominal cavity metastasis of colorectal cancer and CK20 mRNA. Methods The presence of CK20 mRNA in peritoneal fluid was investigated by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and proteins were examined by immunohistochemical in 50 cases of colorectal cancer. Results The positive presence of CK20 mRNA was significantly correlated with abdominal cavity metastasis. Conclusions The detection of CK20 mRNA in peritoneal fluid is helpful for prediction of abdominal cavity metastasis of colorectal cancer and post-operation treatment.
