原油调合蒸馏法生产重交通道路沥青的实验研究

Producing of high grade paving asphalt by blending and distillation of different oils

对 3种原油生产重交通道路沥青的方法进行了研究。结果表明 ,用单一种原油生产重交通道路沥青存在较大困难 ,而利用原油调和然后蒸馏的方法 ,不但能够生产符合国家现行标准和交通部行业标准的B类沥青 ,还可生产符合中海 36 - 1技术要求的A类沥青。原油调和可以弥补单种原油的缺陷 。

The method of producing high grade asphalt was studied. The data indicate that there were difficulties to produce high grade asphalt just by distillation of a sole oil, but it could be fulfilled by blending of different oils and then distillation. Not only can this method produce asphalt of “B' type, but also produce the asphalt of “A' type. The blending of petroleum can make up the defects of a sole oil.
