摘要
探讨了喷油嘴流量系数变化对燃油喷雾和柴油机性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,喷油嘴流量系数增大可使喷雾射程增长 ,并对ZH110 5柴油机在低速大负荷工况与标定工况时的燃油消耗率和烟度有明显不同的影响。通过对燃油喷雾特性的研究 ,分析了喷油嘴流量系数变化影响柴油机性能的原因 ,为提高喷油嘴与柴油机匹配技术提供了有益的试验根据。
The influence of flow coefficient on fuel spray and ZH1105 diesel engine is studied in this paper.The experiment results show that enlarging the flow coefficient of nozzle can increase the range of fuel spray,and exert evidently different influence on the fuel consuption and smoke emission of ZH1105 engine at low speed and heavy load or declared operating condition.The study is very useful for the matching of the flow coefficient of nozzle and ZH1105 diesel engine.
