摘要
[目的 ]研究 3和 6个月饮用不同水质水对实验动物有关健康指标的影响 ,以探讨不同种类饮用水对健康可能的影响。 [方法 ]以 8种不同水质水包括电解离子水、反渗透水、高矿化度矿泉水、低矿化度矿泉水、KDF过滤水、中空纤维过滤水、自来水、水源水 ,分别喂食 8组SD大鼠 ,在饮用 3个月及 6个月后 ,测定其体重、脏器系数、红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、尿素、葡萄糖、K+ 、Na+ 、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 、Cl-、P3 + 、血液渗透压、骨髓细胞微核等生理、生化指标。比较饮用多种不同水质水 3个月及 6月后的大鼠上述指标的变化。 [结果 ]各组动物在单位时间内的体重增长差异无统计学意义 ,大部分的生理、生化指标如碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、K+ 、血红蛋白、脏器系数、血常规指标等 ,也无统计学的差异 ,即使有部分统计学差异的如白蛋白、球蛋白、Na+ 、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 、Cl-、PO43 -、渗透压等 ,其变动也处于正常范围内。但饮用电解离子水、反渗透水、高矿化度矿泉水、低矿化度矿泉水等化学需氧量 (COD)值较低组的实验动物特别是雄性动物 ,其乳酸脱氢酶活性明显低于自来水组 [♂ ( 10 5 5 5 .0± 2 73 2 .5 )U/L ,♀ ( 760 2 .5± 290 5 .3 )U/L]和水源水组 [♂ ( 11881.
To study the effects of feeding with water of various character for long-term on the health of rats,so as to evaluate the relationship between drinking water of various character and human health. The SD rats fed with water of various character,including electrolysed water,reverse osmosized water,highly mineralized mineral water,lowly mineralized mineral water,filtrated water by KDF,filtrated water by macaroni fiber were assigned as treated groups,and rats fed with tap water or raw source water from Pearl river were assigned as control groups. Fed for three or six months,35 physiological and biochemical indexes including body weight,organ coefficient,RBC,WBC,HGB,PLT,LYM,serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),urea,glucose,K +,Na +,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,PO 4 3- ,Cl -,the osmosis of blood,micronuclei frequency of the bone marrow were tested. The body weight is not statistically different among all treated and control groups,the micronuclei frequency in bone marrow cells did not increase significantly in the treated groups than these in the control groups, and most biochemical indexes are not statistically different among all the groups. Although some items,such as PLT and serum level of Cl -, Na +,revealed some difference among all groups,but their variation is still in normal ranges. However,the activity of serum LDH of rats,especially the male rats fed with electrolysed water,reverse osmosized water,high mineralized mineral water,low mineralized mineral water are significant lower than that of the rats fed with tap water(♂10 555.0±2 732.5U/L,♀7 602.5±2 905.3 U/L)and raw source water(♂11 881.0±1 660.9 U/L,♀9 769.7±2 460.1 U/L)groups,drinking these categories of water may be more beneficial to health. [Conclusion] Probably neither mineral water nor pure water of various character have significant effect on rats' health.
