上海市长桥社区吸烟现状分析

The Recent Status of Tobacco Smoking in Shanghai Chang-qiao Community

[目的 ]了解上海市长桥地区的吸烟状况 ,分析其影响因素。 [方法 ]从上海市徐汇区长桥街道随机抽取 13～ 84岁之间的本市常住居民共 2 10 0人进行问卷调查。 [结果 ]长桥地区的吸烟率为 2 6.7% ,现在吸烟率为 2 2 .5 %。重度吸烟率为 2 1.5 %。 40～ 49岁为吸烟最严重的人群。性别、年龄组、婚姻状况、文化水平与现在是否吸烟有关。现在吸烟者中有戒烟愿望的仅占 13 .4%。 [结论 ]现阶段急需加强对吸烟者的戒烟动机干预。

To understand the accurate information about tobacco use and factors that influence the behavior of smoking. 2100 Shanghai residents ranging from 13 to 84 years old have been surveyed through random sampling. About 26.7% people are smokers while current smokers are 26.5% and heavy smokers account for 21.5%. Men aged between 40～49 years old are in most serious status of tobacco use. Gender,age group,marriage and education background are the factors related to the current tobacco use. Only 13.4% of current smokers have the willing of quitting. [Conclusion] Intervention on motivation about quitting should be reinforced.
