In this paper, the relationship of the thermal-tripping value, quality-control value and the criteria value was discussed. Then, the expression of the quality-control value and the criteria value according to the product's examination data was obtained. At last, correlation coefficient was used to measure the osculation degree of the quality-control value and the criteria value.
