家兔坐骨神经、股神经切断后,均能引起外周血液中红细胞数目减少、血红蛋白含量下降、红细胞渗透脆性增高及红细胞皱缩破碎数目增多,而出现暂时性的贫血现象.这种贫血现象大约维持2～3周的时间.通过输血的方法,认为其产生暂时性贫血的原因可能是失去神经支配的组织,由于营养性失调而产生某种病理性的体液因素的结果.

After resecting sciatic nerve and femoral nerve of a rabbit,a tempor-ary anemias is caused.The erythroeyte count and hemoglobin value falland the fragility of erythrocyte increases These effects last about 2—3weeks.By means of transfusion we conclude that the temporary anemiasis probably caused bya kind of pathological hormonal factors produced bythe tissue losing nervous domination because of its trophic disturbance.
