摘要
温州是我国对外开放最早的城市之一,也是我国目前经济最具活力的地区之一,但在引进和利用外资的规模和质量上,却远远低于沿海开放城市,甚至低于全国平均水平。造成这种结果的原因主要有:要素禀赋的制约,产业结构的制约,企业管理模式的制约以及区域文化及其观念的制约。
Wenzhou is one of the earliest Opening Cities, as well as one of most vigorous cities in China. However, Wenzhou is far behind the other Opening Costal Cities, ever lower than the average scale and quality of introducing and utilizing capital of the whole country. Reasons for this mainly are of factor endowment, industry; structure, management model of enterpriser and regional culture.
