本文针对中国造船业面临新一轮契机与挑战的大环境下 ,对比国内外造船竞争力的发展现状 ,分析典型地方造船模式的江苏省造船企业竞争的优势和劣势。围绕影响核心竞争力的主要因素 。

China's shipbuilding industry is facing a new opportunity and challenge. In this situation, the paper analyzed the advantages and inferior factors in competence of Jiangsu' shipbuilding enterprises, which is a representative of local shipbuilding industry, through comparing with the development of the shipbuilding competence of national and international inductries. The paper proposed some suggestions on how to strengthen the core competence of Jiangsu' shipbuilding enterprises, especially on the main factors effecting their core competence.
