从消费角度看农民持续增收问题

Viewing the Peasants' Income Acceleration through the Concept of Consumption

促进农民增收是提高农村消费水平的关键,而通过提高农村消费水平可以提高全国居民总消费水平,从而扩大国内需求,促进经济增长。针对造成农民收入下降的原因,应该采取措施,减轻农民负担,给予农民生产补贴,培育农村市场,加大对农业和农业基础设施的投入,以保证农民持续增收,促进经济稳定增长。

Accelerating the Chinese peasants' income is the key to advancing the consumption in China's countryside. By speeding up the income of Chinese peasants, we can increase the total consumption in China, expand the domestic demand, and promote the economic growth. Aiming at the reasons for the decline in the income of Chinese peasants, we should adopt measures as following to ensure the continuous acceleration of the peasants' income and to promote the sustainable growth of Chinese economy: firstly, alleviating the taxes and fees load of the Chinese peasants and offering subsidies to the peasants' production; secondly, cultivating the countryside market; and thirdly, increasing the input to the agriculture and the infrastructure in China's countryside.
