建立市场化的西南地区区域经贸协调机制

Establishing market-oriented coordinating mechanismin economic development of China's southwestern region

随着中国经济深度市场化的快速推进,那种与计划经济一脉相承的纵向经贸管理体制越来越难以适应社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求,因此,在西部大开发中,为了真正体现先进生产力的发展要求,促进西南地区经济贸易的协调发展,必须以"三个代表"重要思想统领全局,坚持区域市场整体协调发展的五大原则,建立市场化的西南地区区域经贸协调机制。

This paper suggests establishing market-oriented coordinating mechanism in the development of economy and trade of China's southwestern region under the conditions of China's market economic construction of socialism because the traditional administrative mechanism has not applied to Chinese market economic development.
