在"科教兴新"战略的指引下,加快新疆科技改革已成为各方共识。新疆大中型企业的科技发展现状反映出新疆的科技发展存在不少问题。以市场为导向,以科技企业为载体,加大科技开发力度,建立适应经济发展的科技投入体系,提高专利技术转化率是解决诸多问题的重要对策。
Under the guidance of 'Vitalizing Xinjiang Through Science and Technology', Xinjiang's scientific and technological reform must be accelerated. Present situation of science and technology of Xinjiang's large and medium-sized enterprises reflects development of Xinjiang's science and technology. The important measures for solving many problems are to consolidate scientific and technological exploitation based on the carriers of scientific and technological enterprises and to set up investment system in harmony with economic development and to raise conversion ratio of patents.
